本书分为五章。第一章为绪论,介绍了研究目的和高校教师激励机制,理清本研究的内容、方法。第二章为理论综述和研究现状,回顾和总结以往的动机理论,通过理论回顾分析目前高校教师激励现状以及讨论本研究的创新点。第三章为研究模型和假设,介绍本研究的研究模型和相关假设,问卷设计,样本选择,发放问卷和回收情况。第四章为实证分析,基于问卷的信度效度分析结果揭示出高校教师需要层级,总结出目前高校教师需要的特征,选择相关变量进行研究,结合回归分析,确定自变量和因变量之间的关系。第五章为结论,在前面研究的基础上,得出如下结论:教师需求是多样化的富有弹性的,除了主导精神需求以外,物质的需要仍然占有主要的位置,所以满足物质需求是激励机制的一把钥匙。高校教师的激励要因包括环境资源分配,领导决策激励,教师主观幸福感,公平感知要素以及以往的工作绩效。改善约束机制以满足合理的高校教师需求以便保持教师持续的激励机制。根据本结论,我们建议,高校教师持续的激励需要专业发展制度创新,专业发展自我定位以及持续富有弹性的工作流程激励机制设计。
