包括四个项目的内容:项目一驱动电机拆装与检测,介绍驱动电机结构认知、动力总成更换、驱动电机检测,使学生具备驱动电机拆装与检测相关知识和技能;项目二电机控制器拆装与检测,介绍电机控制器更换、电机控制器检测,使学生具备电机控制器拆装与检测相关知识和技能;项目三减速器总成拆装与检测,介绍减速器总成更换、P挡驻车系统拆装与检测,使学生具备减速器总成拆装与检测相关知识和技能;项目四驱动电机冷却系统拆装与检测,介绍驱动电机冷却系统认知、驱动电机冷却系统检测,使学生具备驱动电机冷却系统拆装与检测相关知识和技能。形成了一套完整的新能源汽车驱动电机知识体系框架,所有章节均采用情境教学,有助于学生理解理论、学会应用,真正突出高职高专的办学宗旨与特色,结合实际案例进行分析,对系统的理论知识进行应用,以体现教材知识点的价值和意义。
成林, 2005年至今一直从事汽车技术、汽车底盘电控技术理论及应用方面的研究,目前主要研究领域是汽车分布式驱动。长期从事汽车专业一线教学工作。
