黄婷婷,女,毕业于中国海洋大学,研究生学历,现任教于山东交通职业学院,主持省教改项目《专业特色背景下"形势与政策”金课建设改革研究与实践》和《文化强国战略下的潍坊文化建设》等市厅级项目十余项,获山东学校优秀思政课教师、山东省交通运输系统"巾帼建功”先进个人、山东省教育系统女职工建工立业标兵、潍坊市优秀教师、潍坊市十佳思政课教师等荣誉称号。
